REGISTRATION INSTRUCTION
The registration and abstract submission deadline is July 4th (Mon).

The style of presentation will be either poster or oral presentations.The oral presenters will be selected from those who apply for oral presentation. If not selected or if you don't apply for oral presentation, you will have a poster presentation.
The program will be open by July 18th.

STEP 1
Download and fill in the registration form (Excel format). Submit the registration form via e-mail: jdrc12rikkyo@gmail.com
We recommend you to submit a registration form containing a list of all (or multiple) participants from your research group. Indicate the name of your PI in the form.

STEP 2
Make your payment to the bank account below. Only paid registration will be considered for participation.

Conference fee   Salaried: 5,000 JPY   Non-Salaried: 1,000 JPY   Undergraduate : 0 JPY

Reception fee   Salaried: 6,000 JPY   Non-Salaried: 4,000 JPY   Undergraduate: 2,000 JPY

STEP 3 Download and fill in the abstract form (Word format). Title, list of authors, affiliations and a text of maximum 300 words. Fill in the other information as indicated in the form. Only abstracts written in English will be accepted. Submit the abstract via e-mail: jdrc12rikkyo@gmail.com
